Reservation / Cancellation Policy

If any tour is cancelled due to unsafe conditions the day of any cruise there is a full refund.

If you decide to cancel for any reason for any cruise give us a week notice and you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within the week of your cruise, you will receive a voucher. For our Private Charters, if you cancel within the week of your cruise, we hold a $100 deposit payment for a late cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the cruise we hold the full amount.
